When to Stream’s Weekly Tracking Report
Welcome to When To Stream’s Weekly Tracking Report. Every Friday, we’ll break down the film titles whose first window streaming premieres are still not confirmed. This column will not examine second window SVOD premieres, though we’ll obviously still be tracking and reporting those.
One note: There are hundreds of new films every year, and we’re not able to track or highlight every single one. For now, we concentrate on major studio and indie distributor releases.

Tracking: A 6/10 VOD/Digital release date is set.
Theatrical Release Date: April 11, 2025
Tracking: Disney has maintained 60-ish day window for all their films, even those from 20th Century Studios. We’re assuming they do the same here.

PVOD Estimate: Early June 2025
Theatrical Release Date: April 18, 2025
Tracking: Warner Bros has a mega-hit with this Ryan Coogler chiller. We’re thinking they’ll give it at least a 45-day window.

Tracking: Janus/Sideshow continues to support this theatrically, though its starting to lose screens. Holding on our estimate for now.

Theatrical Release Date: April 25, 2025
Tracking: We’ve heard rumblings that this might be a direct-to-Prime Video title, similar to last year’s Red One. Using that title as a comp would put this sequel on streaming in time for Memorial Day weekend.

SVOD Estimate: Late May 2025 (Prime Video)
Theatrical Release Date: April 25, 2025
Tracking: Sony Classics went wide with this right away, so we’re estimating a PVOD release after a month in theaters.

Tracking: A Sony Pictures/Screen Gems release, and their titles tend to have shorter windows than the studios other subsidiaries. This could be coming as early as next week, we’ll report with any confirmation.

Tracking: A 60-day theatrical exclusive window is almost assured for this Marvel title, putting its digital date right around the 4th of July holiday.

Tracking: The last wide release from Mucho Mas Media was the golf drama The Long Game. That title hit PVOD after 18 days, which seems like a good bet for this horror thriller.
