Synopsis: The world of seventeen year-old genius Vicaria (Hayes) is rife with violence, police brutality, and drug abuse. After losing her mother, and later her brother to violence, Vicaria vows to stop the violence bringing her family back to life. She successfully resurrects her brother, but it soon becomes apparent that she has brought back a monster that is hungry for vengeance.
