20th Century Studios Unveils Trailer, Poster, Sets Hulu Streaming Premiere Date for SWIPED

20th Century Studios has released the first trailer and poster for their upcoming drama SWIPED, which will begin streaming on Hulu on September 19th, 2025.

Swiped is written and directed by Rachel Lee Goldenberg. Based on the life of Whitney Wolfe Herd, founder and former CEO of Bumble, it stars Lily James as Herd, alongside Dan Stevens, Myha'la, Jackson White, Ben Schnetzer, and Pierson Fodé.

Inspired by the provocative real-life story of the visionary founder of online dating platform Bumble, “Swiped” introduces recent college grad Whitney Wolfe, played by Lily James, as she uses extraordinary grit and ingenuity to break into the male-dominated tech industry and launch an innovative, globally lauded dating app (two, actually), paving the way to becoming the youngest female self-made billionaire.

The film will have its world premiere in the Gala Presentations section of the 2025 Toronto International Film Festival in September.
