Action Crime Thriller THE PROSECTOR Gets Digital Streaming Release Date

Well Go USA is set to release the action crime thriller THE PROSECUTOR on VOD and digital platforms later this month, arriving on May 27th, 2025. The film launched in US theaters on January 10th, 2025.
The Prosecutor is directed and co-produced by Donnie Yen, who also stars in the film alongside an ensemble cast that includes Julian Cheung, Michael Hui, Francis Ng, and MC Cheung Tin-fu.
Inspired by an actual legal case in Hong Kong, the film follows the story of a man who falsely pleads guilty to drug trafficking after being framed. Despite the confession, the veteran policeman-turned-prosecutor (Yen) handling the case is convinced of the man’s innocence and pursues his own investigation, risking both his career and his life to bring the real perpetrator to justice.
