Bong Joon-ho’s MICKEY 17 Gets HBO Max Streaming Premiere Date

Bong Joon-ho’s sci-fi comedy MICKEY 17 is set to make its SVOD debut later this month, arriving on HBO Max on May 23rd, 2025. The film launched in US theaters on March 7th, 2025, and world premiered at this year’s Berlin International Film Festival. It hit PVOD on April 8th, 2025.
The film will debut on HBO linear on SATURDAY, MAY 24 at 7:40 p.m. ET.
Mickey 17 is written, produced, and directed by Bong Joon-ho, and is based on the 2022 novel Mickey7 by Edward Ashton. The film stars Robert Pattinson in the title role, alongside Naomi Ackie, Steven Yeun, Toni Collette, and Mark Ruffalo.
