FINAL DESTINATION: BLOODLINES Gets HBO Max Premiere Date
Update 7/25: HBO Max has now announced and confirmed the 8/1 premiere date.
The hit horror sequel FINAL DESTINATION: BLOODLINES is set to make its SVOD debut next month, arriving on HBO Max on August 1st, 2025*. The film launched in US theaters on May 16th, 2025, and hit PVOD on June 17th.
*We added an asterisk because while the studio has not confirmed a premiere date, they have confirmed the film will launch on the streaming service in August. And since the HBO linear channel has a Final Destination marathon scheduled for Saturday, August 2nd (with a Bloodlines-sized hole in their primetime slot) we’re pretty comfortable putting 8/1 on our streaming calendar.
Final Destination Bloodlines is directed by Zach Lipovsky and Adam Stein from a screenplay by Guy Busick and Lori Evans Taylor, based on a story by Jon Watts, Busick, and Evans Taylor. It is the sixth installment in the Final Destination film series. The film stars Kaitlyn Santa Juana, Teo Briones, Richard Harmon, Owen Patrick Joyner, Anna Lore, Brec Bassinger, and Tony Todd.
