Here’s What’s Streaming on HBO Max in June 2025
HBO Max (we’re just gonna call it that now) has announced the titles arriving on their platform in June 2025. Included are the A24 drama PARTHENOPE, the animated THE DAY THE EARTH BLEW UP: A LOONEY TUNES MOVIE, and the Daisy Ridley actioner CLEANER.
Also announced, but not dated yet, is the hit A MINECRAFT MOVIE.
But here’s the thing…there’s really only one place on the schedule that doesn’t have a big premiere. And that’s June 20th. We’re pretty sure that will the date. So while it’s not official…we’re gonna put it on the calendar.

Logline: Set in present-day London, a group of radical activists take over an energy company's annual gala, seizing 300 hostages in order to expose the corruption of the hosts. Their just cause is hijacked by an extremist within their ranks, who is ready to murder everyone in the building to send his anarchic message to the world. It falls to an ex-soldier turned window cleaner, played by Ridley, suspended 50 stories up on the outside of the building, to save those trapped inside, including her younger brother.

Logline: A darkly gripping series, THE MORTICIAN chronicles a trusted family-owned funeral home that hid behind a façade of decency and propriety to take advantage of loved ones at their most vulnerable moments. In the early 1980s, David Sconce, scion of the Lamb family, took over the family business and sought to exploit the deceased in numerous ways to expand their earnings. Driven by profit, the Lamb Funeral Home in Pasadena, California engaged in years of morally questionable and inhumane practices.
