Meg 2: The Trench Digital Streaming Date Confirmed

Looks like Shark Week is not over yet. Warner Bros will release their thriller MEG 2: THE TRENCH on digital and VOD platforms on August 25th, 2023. The film premiered in theaters on August 4th and has grossed nearly $320M worldwide.

Meg 2 has received mostly negative reviews, it currently sits at 29% Rotten on Rotten Tomatoes. Its success pretty much guarantees there will be more Meg movies. Let’s hope they can raise the quality a bit. No word yet on a Max release date, but based on the windows of The Flash, Shazam, and Evil Dead Rise, it should arrive sometime in October.

We have to admit…this date surprised us. Warner Bros looked to be stretching their theatrical windows. Not the case here.
