Korean Hijack Comedy GOOD NEWS Gets Teaser Trailer, Poster, Netflix Streaming Premiere Date

Netflix has unveiled the first teaser trailer and poser for their upcoming comedy thriller GOOD NEWS, which will begin streaming on their platform on October 17th, 2025. The film is slated to world premiere in the Special Presentations section of the 2025 Toronto International Film Festival on September 5, 2025.

Good News (Korean: 굿뉴스) is directed by Byun Sung-hyun and stars Sul Kyung-gu, Hong Kyung and Ryu Seung-beom.

In the film, when a plane gets hijacked, those on land are hell-bent on saving those in the air. Amidst a battle of wits and conflict, a secret operation unfolds.
