Netflix has set a streaming premiere date for their upcoming drama GOODBYE JUNE, which will launch on their platform on December 24th, 2025. The film will have a limited theatrical release in US and UK theaters on December 12th, 2025.
Goodbye June is directed by Kate Winslet in her directorial debut, from a screenplay written by Joe Anders. Winslet also stars in the film alongside Toni Collette, Johnny Flynn, Andrea Riseborough, Timothy Spall, and Helen Mirren.
The film takes place just before Christmas, when an unexpected turn in their mother’s health thrusts four adult siblings and their exasperating father into chaos as they navigate messy family dynamics in the face of potential loss. But their quick-witted mother, June, orchestrates her decline on her own terms — with biting humor, blunt honesty, and a lot of love.
