Texas Chainsaw Massacre Documentary CHAIN REACTIONS Gets Digital Streaming Release Date

Dark Sky Films is set to release their documentary CHAIN REACTIONS on VOD and digital platforms this month, arriving on October 14th, 2025. The film world premiered at the 2024 Venice Film Festival and launched in US theaters on September 19th, 2025.

Chain Reactions is written and directed by Alexandre O. Philippe (Lynch/Oz, Memory: The Origin of Alien). It features Stephen King, Patton Oswalt, Karyn Kusama, Takashi Miike, and Alexandra Heller-Nicholas.

Fifty years after Tobe Hooper’s The Texas Chainsaw Massacre shocked the world and forever changed the face of global cinema and popular culture, Chain Reactions charts the film’s profound impact and lasting influence.
